About EFT

In Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), we bring into awareness a particular issue as we tap on various acupressure points in the body. Numerous studies support EFT practitioners' experience of finding relief and release from distressing emotions through the positive psychological effect of meeting and accepting our experience as we tap on the end points of specific meridians (subtle energy channels in the body).

About Me

For over 15 years I've been bringing together practices from the East and West to understand myself better and live with more ease. In discovering EFT I've found something that brings tangible release and relief to my daily life, the anxiety and difficult emotions have not only become more manageable but I feel less controlled by these unannounced visitors as EFT gives me the space and method to let these move through me. The impact on my life is such that I become an Accredited, Certified EFT Practitioner as well as holding an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and now guide others to find freedom from difficult emotions.

One on One EFT Guidance

During a private EFT session, you'll be supported in bringing your struggles into awareness before being safely guided into tapping on a sequence of eight acupressure points to release blocked emotional energy. As you tap, you'll repeat a tailored positive affirmation to encourage acceptance of your feelings and to promote their movement through and out of the body. 

Through the EFT one to one sessions, you'll develop the ability to practice the technique on yourself whenever you need more space from emotional upset.

Children's EFT Guidance

Just like adults, children also experience emotional distress. EFT for Children can be a powerful tool to help little ones meet and overcome challenges such as pain, fear, and stress to create more resilience and better self-worth. During an EFT for Children session, the child will tap on 4 acupressure points to acknowledge and move through what is causing distress. Very often they prefer to tap on their teddy bear instead of themselves which can encourage less shyness. 

The tools are simple enough for the child to do themselves and can also be done with a parent/carer when needed.

I have a full DBS and many years experience in working with children.
